Rule 86
Deciding whether it is acceptable or not
(1) The Speaker shall decide the question whether a resolution is admissible or not and shall reject any resolution or any part of the resolution if it is contrary to the Constitution or these Rules.
(2) A copy of the resolution approved by the speaker to be submitted to the meeting will be distributed to the members for the purpose of submitting amendments two days before the resolution is introduced.
